| Mini Statement | Mr. Richard Benaya is an Assistant Lecturer and a researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE), Dodoma, Tanzania since 2016. Mr. Benaya attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Management (BA-PSM) from Moshi University College of Cooperative and Business Studies (MUCCoBS) in 2014. Later, he was successfully registered by PSPTB as a Certified Procurement and Supplies Profession (CPSP (T) in 2017. Further, he got his Master’s in Supply Chain Management (MSCM) from the College of Business Education in 2019. Mr. Benaya's areas of interests includes Public Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Consultancy & Case Study and Stores Management. Other areas of his competence includes Quality and Productivity Improvement by KAIZEN Applications, Document Proofreading and Setting and Proposal Writing for Funding. He has published 2 research works in a well-known business journals, and attended 2 international conferences. Currently, Mr. Benaya is a Quality Assurance Coordinator at CBE Dodoma Campus. He is also the Chairperson of Africa WG5 KAIZEN Initiative Action Plan 2021-2025 with nine (9) member countries. |
