| Mini Statement | Lilian Simon Mlay is Lecturer lecturer, researcher, consultant, and trainer in Accounting and Finance at the College of Business Education (CBE) Dodoma Campus since 2012. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Moshi Co-operative University since 2023. In addition, Lilian holds an MSc. in Accounting and Finance since 2011 and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance in 2006, both from Mzumbe University. Lilian has been actively engaged in various competency- based training sessions and conferences, focusing on diverse areas such as accounting, microfinance, corporate governance, research, and consultancy. Her research and consultancy interests centre on Boards, Corporate Governance, Financial Management, Microfinance, Taxation, and Cost and Management performances. She has published five papers in the areas of her interest |
