The Rector of the College of Business Education (CBE), Prof. Edda Tandi Lwoga, together with her delegation, visited the Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB), where they held a meeting with the HESLB team led by the Executive Director, Dr. Bill Kiwia.
During the meeting, Dr. Bill Kiwia explained to the CBE team how the two institutions can collaborate and improve the services they provide to students. The meeting took place on March 30, 2026, at the HESLB offices, with the main objective of discussing the best ways to strengthen cooperation in enhancing service delivery to students.
