The College of Business Education (CBE) has expanded its national and international collaborations by establishing a partnership with Süleyman Demirel University in Turkey in various academic training programs. Speaking during a working session, the CBE Representative of the Deputy Rector for Academic, Research, and Consultancy, Dr. William Gomera, stated that the partnership aims to address various areas including joint research on financial fraud investigations and business evaluation.
"This partnership is a significant step in strengthening our research capacity and preparing our students for the international job market," said Dr. Gomera.
On his part, the representative from Süleyman Demirel University, Prof. Mehmet Akif, noted that the collaboration will bring positive change through knowledge exchange, joint research projects, and the mobility of lecturers and students.
The agreement is part of CBE’s strategy to enhance its international education programs and contribute to solutions in combating financial fraud, improving business assessment skills, and increasing efficiency in the delivery of various academic disciplines across the East African region.
