Staff members of the College of Business Education (CBE) participated in a tour of Tarangire National Park in Arusha, as part of efforts to support the Sixth Phase Government’s initiative to promote domestic tourism, in celebration of the College’s 60th anniversary since its establishment.
The College of Business Education (CBE) held a staff dinner in Arusha as part of its 60th anniversary celebrations, offering a moment of reflection, appreciation, and encouragement among members of the college community.
Professor Emmanuel Munishi, Deputy Rector for Planning, Finance, and Administration, opened the event with thoughtful remarks, emphasizing the importance of collective commitment to institutional development and academic excellence.
Following his address, the Rector of CBE, Professor Edda Tandi Lwoga, delivered a keynote message urging staff to embrace hard work, foster mutual respect, and promote unity for the greater good of the College and the nation at large.
In a highlight of the evening, Professor Lwoga presented awards to outstanding staff members in recognition of their dedication and exemplary performance.
This event is one of many leading up to the climax of CBE’s 60th anniversary celebrations, which will be officially marked in November 2025.
