Dear Members of the College Community and Esteemed Stakeholders,
It is my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to our new and returning students across all our campuses in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, and Mbeya. As we begin this academic journey together, I urge everyone to remain focused, committed, and diligent in your studies, as we work toward realizing our individual and collective aspirations.
In our continuous efforts to enhance smooth operations and maintain strong engagement with our community, I would like to formally highlight two significant upcoming events: the 59th Graduation Ceremonies and the Business and Economic Development Conference (BEDC). Please take note of the following important updates.
59th Graduation Ceremonies
Due to circumstances beyond our control, there have been changes to the dates for the 59th Graduation Ceremonies at some of our campuses. The updated schedule is as follows:
We warmly invite all graduates, their families, friends, and the entire College community to join us in celebrating the outstanding achievements of our students. These ceremonies mark the culmination of years of dedication, hard work, and perseverance. It is a moment of pride for us all to see our graduates stepping forward as the next generation of professionals and leaders.
Business and Economic Development Conference (BEDC)
Originally scheduled for 12th to 13th November 2024, the BEDC has now been rescheduled to 22nd to 23rd November 2024, due to unavoidable circumstances. We are deeply honored to announce that the Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania, Hon. Kassim Majaliwa Majaliwa (MP), will be the Guest of Honor for the opening ceremony.
The conference will be held in Dodoma at the Treasury Square, Ministry of Finance Kambarage Hall. This prestigious event will bring together scholars, business leaders, policymakers, and other stakeholders to engage in insightful discussions on critical economic development topics. The focus will be on formulating strategies to foster sustainable business growth in Tanzania and beyond.
I warmly extend an invitation to all members of the College community and our valued stakeholders to participate in both the graduation ceremonies and the BEDC. These events represent not only significant milestones for our institution but also opportunities to learn, network, and collaborate in ways that contribute to the progress of our society.
Let us come together, in the spirit of excellence and commitment, to celebrate our achievements and shape a brighter future ahead.
With warm regards,
Prof. Edda Tandi Lwoga
