
On September 9, 2026, the Deputy Rector for Academic Affairs, Research, and Consultancy, Prof. Robert Mashenene, on behalf of the Rector, Prof. Edda Tandi Lwoga, chaired a meeting between leaders from the College of Business Education (CBE) and representatives from Zealand Business College of Denmark, Mr. Lars Reng and Klaas Overlade, to discuss partnership opportunities regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teaching, learning, and business.
The meeting explored ways to collaborate on utilizing AI safely, responsibly, and ethically, as well as strengthening instructor capacity through training and AI skill-building.
Additionally, both parties discussed the possibility of conducting joint training and workshops, exchanging expertise and experience, executing joint research, and developing guidelines for the safe and productive use of AI in education and business.
This partnership aims to enable CBE to keep pace with technological advancements and prepare students for the demands of the labor market in the AI era.
