Alumni of the Month of July, Chairman of CBE Alumni Association - Ally Mayay Tembele

Ally Mayay Tembele is a proud CBE alumnus whose journey reflects discipline, leadership, and national service. From studying Ordinary Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management at the College of Business Education, he has grown into a respected professional currently serving as Principal Marketing Officer at Tanzania Ports Authority.

His career has crossed key national institutions, including TANESCO, Tanzania Airports Authority, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, and the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Sports, where he served as Director of Sports Development.

Beyond his professional success, Ally is also remembered as a football leader, having captained Taifa Stars and Young Africans Sports Club.
