Prof. Munishi emphasised that leadership is defined not by authority, but by the ethical use of power to influence others for the common good. He urged the leaders to uphold integrity, honesty, accountability, transparency, fairness, and respect, stressing that lasting influence is built on character, competence, and trust rather than coercion.

Ethical Decision-Making Framework Session

He concluded by presenting a practical framework for ethical decision-making, encouraging leaders to make fair, inclusive, and value-driven decisions that serve students' interests. He reminded participants that the legacy of every leader is shaped by the quality of their decisions and their commitment to ethical service throughout their tenure.
