Sexual Reproductive Health, HIV and AIDS
The Directorate of Students’ Services in collaboration with CBESO organized an awareness seminar on Sexual Reproductive Health, HIV, and AIDS at Mbeya campus. The seminar was held on 12th April 2024 and a total of 60 students attended. Mr. Michael Mwagala from Mbeya Zonal Referral Hospital facilitated the seminar. The following topics were covered;
- Transmission of HIV and AIDS
- Symptoms of HIV and AIDS
- The importance of HIV and AIDS testing
- Preventive methods of HIV and AIDS
- Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STIs)
