The Directorate of Students' Services organized an induction seminar for new CBESO leaders at Dodoma campus. The seminar took place on 6th June 2024 and was attended by 36 CBESO leaders. The primary objective of the seminar was to provide novice leaders with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for their roles. Likewise, the seminar was meant to assist CBESO leaders to effectively address leadership challenges that may arise during their leadership tenure.
