During the period under review, the Directorate of Students’ Services at Mbeya Campus organized a meeting between the Campus Director and CBESO top leaders. The meeting, held on 8th May 2025, aimed to discuss strategies to enhance the performance of the student government, grounded in the principles of accountability, ethics, unity, and innovation.
Several key operational matters were addressed. The Campus Director, Mr. Tumaini Jeremiah, encouraged the leaders to be creative in planning and executing student activities, including the development of income-generating projects to serve as alternative sources of funding.
He emphasized that each leader must fulfill their responsibilities effectively in accordance with the CBESO Constitution, remain accountable for their decisions, and provide regular updates on the progress of student government initiatives.
In his concluding remarks, he urged the student leaders to uphold core values such as honesty, integrity, punctuality, and a strong commitment to serving students with dedication and impartiality.
