During the period under review, the Directorate of Students’ Services at Mbeya Campus organized an Induction and seminar for new CBESO leaders. The seminar was held on 18th June 2025. Elected and appointed CBESO Leaders participated fully in induction seminar. The total of 29 of CBESO leaders including Cabinet members, CSP members and members of the Judicial Organ attended the training.
The seminar featured seven papers on the following subject matters:
- Visionary Leadership- facilitated by Mr. Jeremiah W. Tumaini, Campus Director.
- Chain of Command and Protocol – facilitated by Dr. Beny Mwenda, Manager, ARC.
- Harmonizing Leadership and Studies – focusing on balancing leadership responsibilities with academic commitments, facilitated by Mr. Eliabu Muyungu.
- Budgeting and Budgetary Control – facilitated by Mr. Kaijage Majuli, Campus Accountant.
- Conflict Management" and "Guidelines for Running CBESO Activities" – facilitated by Ms. Frida Kishaluli, Social Welfare Officer.
- Leadership Experience and Mentorship – facilitated by Mr. Pascal Anyelwisye, Former CBESO President (2024/2025).
