During the period under review, the office of the Directorate of Students Services at Dodoma Campus organized an induction for new CBESO leaders. The seminar was held on 23rd May 2025. A total of 37 elected and appointed CBESO Leaders representing all the major organ of CBESO participated fully in seminar. The seminar aimed to equip student’s leaders with desirable skills that would help them to carry out their leadership duties successfully. Some of the topics covered were as follows:
- Essential leadership skills facilitated by Mr. Masumbuko M.Kossey –CBE Dodoma campus lecturer from the Department of Business Administration.
- Ethics in leadership was covered by Dr Liberatus Cosmas Gambagambi –Dodoma Campus Manager – Planning Finance and Administration.
- Budgetary and budget control facilitated by Ms. Monika E Msika (CPA) - Campus Accountant
- Effective communication within an organization facilitated by Dr. Yusuph Masinde- lecturer from the Department of Business Administration.
- Standards and guidelines for CBESO Leaders facilitated by Mr. Laurent Sikato- Dean of Students
