Dr. Bukagile has been working as a Lecturer and Researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2012. Dr. Bukagile holds a PhD in Education majoring in electronic instructional materials and blended learning. He holds a master’s degree in Development Studies majoring in good governance, negotiation skills, leadership, gender and global issues from the University of Dar es Salaam. Dr. Bukagile has a diploma and degree in education from Korogwe teachers college and the University of Dar es Salam respectively. Dr.Bukagile’s research interests include business negotiation skills, gender, blended learning, and ICT for education Development. He has published more than 12 research works in well-known international journals, attended more than 05 international conferences, and participated in both local and international education and business dialogues.
