Dr. Nasibu Rajabu Mramba is a Lecturer and Researcher at the College of Business Education (CBE), Tanzania, where he has served since 2005. His academic and research interests span Marketing, the Informal Economy, E-Learning, and Technology for Development, with a strong focus on the application of digital technologies to enhance economic and institutional performance in developing countries. Dr. Mramba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Mzumbe University and a Master’s degree in International Trade from the University of Dar es Salaam. He earned his PhD in Business Informatics from the University of Eastern Finland, where his research emphasized the intersection of business, information systems, and development. He has published extensively in reputable international journals and actively participates in national and international academic and policy dialogues on the role of technology in development. Beyond academia, Dr. Mramba contributes to public service as a Board Member of the Tanzania Fair Competition Tribunal (2025–2028).
