Mr. Deus P. Kabelele has been serving as a trainer, researcher, and consultant at Tanzania's College of Business Education (CBE) since 2018. He earned a Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Procurement and Logistics Management from Mzumbe University, Tanzania. Additionally, Mr. Kabelele holds the Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional (CPSP) certificate awarded by the Procurement and Supplies Professional and Technician Board (PSPTB) of Tanzania. His research interests encompass sustainable public procurement, procurement contract management, logistics management, supply chain management, and procurement risk management. With over five years of practical experience in the procurement field, Mr. Kabelele has delivered diverse training and advisory services related to public procurement, sustainable public procurement, contract management, inventory management, and supply chain management. He currently serves as an assistant lecturer at the College of Business Education in Tanzania
