Beyond his professional success, Ally is also remembered as a football leader, having captained Taifa Stars and Young Africans Sports Club. His professional journey is marked by a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that services and products meet and exceed customer expectations. His commitment to continuous improvement is demonstrated by his training in Total Quality Management (TQM) at SGA Academy and his exposure to ISO certifications, specifically ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 4236:2021. He has also completed various international training programs, enhancing his ability to manage diverse organizational environments. His expertise spans managing ten different organizational setups across Tanzania, where he has successfully led teams through training, coaching, and mentoring. However, known for his cost-conscious approach, he emphasizes the efficient use of organizational resources, advocating for spending only when necessary. He is also trained in SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality), which has equipped him with skills to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Mr. Aloyce is dedicated to transparency, integrity, and accountability, adhering to a strict code of ethics. He completed his education in various technical and business fields, including a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of Business Education (CBE) in 2020. In 2012, Jastice founded Next Generation Technology Limited, a company specializing in power backup systems, electrical contracting, and renewable energy. His innovative leadership led to the design of the Solar Power Station, a green energy solution that supports sustainability and reliable power supply in Tanzania. His clients include major companies such as Tigo Tanzania and Airtel, and institutions like The Open University of Tanzania. Jastice's leadership extends beyond business; he served as Minister of Finance and Planning during his time at CBE. His achievements include investing in student hostels and homestay tourism ventures, demonstrating his commitment to economic growth and social development. Driven by confidence, creativity, and integrity, Jastice has earned a reputation as a visionary leader. Martin's educational background laid a strong foundation for his career. He began with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from the College of Business Education (CBE) in 2008, equipping him with essential business and management skills. Recognizing the importance of communication in his field, he pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) in 2020. This qualification enhanced his ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders. His pursuit of higher education culminated in a Master's Degree of Science in Marketing Management from Mzumbe University in 2023, where he honed his strategic marketing skills, further solidifying his expertise in customer experience management. Throughout his 15-year career at TANESCO, Martin has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. He has held several pivotal roles, including Principal Customer Service Officer and Regional Customer Relations Officer for various regions, including Mbeya, Kinondoni-South, and Kinondoni-North. His ability to navigate complex customer relations and enhance service delivery led to his appointment as the Director of Customer Experience & Care, a role where he has significantly impacted TANESCO's customer service operations. Isaya Christopher Mwenisongole, born on October 31, 1983, in Tanzania, resides in Dar es Salaam with his family. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Management from Mzumbe University (2012-2014) and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from the College of Business Administrations (2005-2008). Currently, Isaya is the Chief Business Officer at Selcom Microfinance Bank since September 2022, where he develops strategies and business plans for Credit, Banking Services, Marketing, and Recovery departments, significantly enhancing profitability and customer satisfaction. Before this, he served as Senior Performance Manager (2020-2022) and Project Management Officer (2018-2019) at Access Bank Tanzania, contributing to budget planning, operational efficiency, and project compliance. From 2016 to 2018, Isaya was a Risk Manager at Access Bank Tanzania, overseeing the bank's risk management framework and AML compliance. His career at Access Bank also included roles as Senior Internal Auditor (2010-2016) and Client Advisor (2008-2010), where he managed client relations, KYC measures, and audit reports. Isaya has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, mentoring, and performance appraisal skills, participating in key business decisions and management meetings. His achievements have been recognized multiple times, winning Best Staff awards at Access Bank Tanzania in 2010, 2013, and 2017. He has enhanced his expertise through various professional courses, including Internal Audit and Risk Management training in Berlin and Leadership and Management training in Dar es Salaam. Maida Waziri Juma

Maida Juma, born on May 22, 1971, in Makiungu, Singida Rural, learned the value of hard work from her parents, Waziri Juma and Halima Ndiyema. She attended St. Anthony Secondary School and later earned a Diploma in Marketing from the College of Business Education and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from the University of Dar es Salaam Business School. In 2016, she completed the Women Creating Wealth Tanzania Program at the Graça Machel Trust. Maida began her business journey in 1991 by selling second-hand clothes. By 2000, she founded Ibra Africa Holding, which includes Ibra Enterprises, Maida Communication (Wanawake TV), East Africa College of Business, and Ibra Contractor Limited. Her contributions to affordable housing and contracting have significantly impacted Tanzania’s economy. An author of "Sauti ya Mjasiriamali: Kesho Yako Ni Uthubutu," she inspires many future entrepreneurs and writes articles on SME development for the Africa Guardian. Maida is the President of the Voice of Women Entrepreneurs Tanzania (VOWET) and a member of the Construction Sector Skills Council of the Tanzania Private Sector Foundation. She chairs Muungano Saccos and is involved with the Institute of Social Work and other community groups. Her accolades include East Africa Entrepreneur of the Year (2017) and the Best Female Owned/Managed Contracting Firm award (2011). She has been recognized by Equity Bank, the Uwezo award, and Clouds Media Group’s Malkia wa Nguvu. A sought-after speaker, Maida has spoken at over 100 conferences worldwide. Her leadership and forward-thinking approach drive her success. She plans to expand her businesses, engage in philanthropic ventures, and advocate for policies supporting entrepreneurship and economic growth in Tanzania and beyond. Maida Juma’s story is a testament to resilience, education, and determination.
