50-YEAR VISION 'CBE : PROMOTE COMMERCIAL RESEARCH IN THE COUNTRY



The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Dr. Hashil Abdallah stated that the 50-Year Vision of the College of Business Education (CBE) will reflect the vision of President Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, thus it is important for the College to focus on providing quality education that meets the job market demand and to continue research aimed at improving the business sector in the country.

Dr. Hashil made this statement today, March 15, 2024, in Dar es Salaam while opening a meeting bringing together various stakeholders of CBE to discuss the 50-Year Development Vision of the College.

He said that the carefully crafted 50-Year Vision of the College of Business Education (CBE) is a crucial step in ensuring that the College remains a leader in providing quality education and supporting business development in the country.

"I am pleased to see the College of Business Education (CBE) striving to bring about reforms that align with the changes in the business industry because it has demonstrated the ability to build academic and technical capacity for students and business professionals," said Dr. Hashil.

On her part, the Rector of the College of Business Education (CBE), Professor Edda Lwoga, said it is a vision that represents the aspirations and expectations of all key stakeholders in the business industry.

"In the process of preparing this Vision, we have been able to anticipate future trends and expected changes so that CBE can continue to prepare itself to seize future opportunities and challenges," explained Professor Edda Lwoga.
