| Mwakaje is currently working as the Head of Legal Services Unit (HLSU) at the College of Business Education (CBE) -Tanzania. Mwakaje started his legal career in 2008 making an experience of 15 years in a legal field both in Public and Private Sectors. In 2010, Mwakaje was enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and he has handled employment matters and other matters governed by Land Law, Contractual Law, Criminal litigation and Bank recovery matters, among others. Mwakaje is more than able to offer advice on the law, legal procedures and a wide range of associated issues. In addition, Mwakaje has always demonstrated extensive knowledge of legal, secretarial, corporate, administration and Management. Mwakaje worked with other institutions such as the Attorney General’s Chambers, FB Attorneys, and Universal Communications Service Access Fund (UCSAF). Mwakaje holds a Master of Laws (LLM) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Dar es Salaam- Tanzania and he was certified as the Board Secretary by the Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT). | |||
