GUEST OF HONOUR MS. MAIDA WAZIRI JUMA, URGED STUDENTS AT CBE, TO USE THE KNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE GAINED TO PURSUE THEIR DREAMS AND ACHIEVE SUCCESS

The President of the Tanzania Women Entrepreneurs and the Director of Ibra Construction Limited, Ms. Maida Waziri Juma, urged students at the College of Business Education (CBE), particularly those graduating in the 2023/2024 academic year, to use the knowledge they have gained to pursue their dreams and achieve success.

Maida shared these remarks in Dar es Salaam at the college's main campus while delivering her speech as the guest of honor at the annual Academic Symposium organized by the college. The symposium also featured student work exhibitions and various performances.

She emphasized that the journey to success is challenging, but determination and the education they’ve received are essential tools for taking action and achieving their goals. She noted that success requires hard work, thoughtful decision-making, and determination, especially for young people who must persevere, as all successful people have worked hard to realize their dreams.

"Education is a powerful weapon in the journey to success, but courage and dedication to hard work are also needed to bring about positive change. Challenges will arise, but we must not accept defeat. I will offer young people who have worked on creative projects an opportunity to showcase their work on my online TV network so that the entire community can see the role CBE plays in nurturing talent and contributing to national development."

Maida Waziri is an alumna of the College of Business Education, where she has excelled in her various endeavors and has received several awards.
