At the College of Business Education, we know how important customer care is in today’s world. This week, we are excited to celebrate Customer Care Week with the theme “Above and Beyond”.
Our goal is to show why good customer service matters and to encourage everyone—students, staff, and the community—to put customers first. The motto “Above and Beyond” means going further than expected, not just giving good service, but great service.
