MAJALIWA: KILOLO IRINGA RESIDENTS ARE LUCKY; USE CBE TO ADVANCE OUR CHILDREN'S EDUCATION



RESIDENTS OF KILOLO AND IRINGA ARE VERY FORTUNATE, USE THE CBE COLLEGE TO DEVELOP OUR CHILDREN- HON. MAJALIWA

Prime Minister, Hon. Kassim Majaliwa, has urged the residents of Kilolo in Iringa region to prepare to utilize the educational opportunities that will be provided by various experts with the establishment of a new campus of the College of Business Education (CBE) in their district.

Hon. Majaliwa made these remarks today, July 8, 2024, during a brief ceremony to hand over the title deed for a 50-hectare plot to CBE held in Mbigili village, Kilolo District, Iringa Region, where the college will be built.

 

"Residents of Kilolo, take advantage of this opportunity by sending our children to school, embrace education. Tanzania is now producing many crops, and we will get market experts here. I thank the Director for deciding to provide this land for the construction of another CBE campus. This college has the status of a university," said Hon. Majaliwa.

He also urged the CBE leadership to finalize construction plans promptly to begin implementing the college building project without delay. Furthermore, he called on all parents nationwide to protect school children, especially girls, so they can achieve their dreams.

 

In addition, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Hon. Exaud Kigahe, stated that the establishment of this new campus is expected to produce experts who will drive the Industrial and Trade Sector in the country.

 

"We believe that with quality education, we will have the ability to develop our industries and increase competitiveness in both national and international markets. We will also ensure this campus provides top-notch education that brings economic and social benefits," said Hon. Kigahe.
