CONSULTANT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTRE
The College of Business Education through its Consultant and Entrepreneurship Centre will conduct Self-Employment training to Bachelor Degree Graduates of Higher Learning Institutions (2019/20) to enable them to employ themselves after studies.
Objective
To equip the graduates with skills, knowledge and competence of starting and manage a business entity. As the solution towards the unemployment challenge and fight against poverty.
Module of training
1. Five days of Entrepreneurship training about:-
- Identifying business opportunity
- Starting a Business
- Marketing your Business
- Managing Finances
- Managing business operations
- Business Plan
2. Practical field attachment
3. Coaching
4. Mentoring
Dates
The classroom training will start on October 19th - 23rd, 2020. Followed by practical field attachment of your choice and start a business venture related to the practical field.
Practical Field
The graduate will be attached in a Business venture for three months to learn how Entrepreneurs think, do their business, operate their business, make the decision about their business, manage employee and market their products. The CBE Consultants will visit the expected Entrepreneurs during their practical field.
Starting Business
Soon after completing Field the expected Entrepreneur will return to the College for sharing ideas and presenting their own Business Plan. And elaborate how, what, and where is going to start a business after few months CBE Mentors will visit the Entrepreneur to see what is going on.
Contribution
Each participant is expected to contribute at least Tsh 100,000 for the whole program.
