The College of Business Education is pleased to announce the call for papers for the 3rd Business and Economic Development conference.
The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for capacity building and networking among researchers and other Stakeholders in Africa and fostering economic development through business.

THE CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD AT JAKAYA KIKWETE - CONVENTION CENTER DODOMA ON 15 - 16th, November 2022

Notification of abstract acceptances: 20 th August, 2022
Submission of full paper: 25th September, 2022
Notification of reviewers’ comments: 30th September, 2022
Submission of revised papers: 14th October, 2022
Conference date: 15th- 16thNovember, 2022

History of CBE

The COLLEGE OF BUSINESS EDUCATION (CBE) was established in 1965 by the Act of the Parliament. COLLEGE OF BUSINESS EDUCATION Act No. 31 of 1965. His Excellency, J.K. Nyerere, the first President of the United Republic of Tanzania officially opened the new College in January 1965. The College was officially named the “College of Business Education” (CBE). The said Act of Parliament gives the College its legal status as an autonomous institution with its Governing Body. The College shall be governed and administered in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
